Positioned in the main concourse of historic Brighton Station, our colourful new purpose-built kiosk serves up an authentic menu inspired by the street food stalls commonly found in the bustling train stations of India, plus a range of craft beers to accompany them.
     Brilliant breakfasts to go include curd & tropical fruit granola, warm vindaloo bacon rolls and cut fruit cups, while spiced daals and soups of the day keep commuters warm on their way to work. Street food classics such as pakoras, samosas and bhajis are also served hot and crisp from the oven, along with grilled tandoor chicken, paneer and vegetable sandwiches, and paratha wraps with a choice of fillings made fresh to order.
     Locals or commuters looking for a substantial lunch or a hot, nutritious meal to take home for dinner can grab one of our expertly spiced curries, served hot or cold with rice and daal of the day. Accompanying these are organic Indian chais, teas & Monsoon Malabar coffees, plus a wide range of spicy crisps, nuts, fruit bars, and speciality Indian-spiced cakes and flapjacks from Brighton-based Sticky Fingers.
