FRONT-OF-HOUSE SHIFT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced front-of-house supervisor/shift manager to help oversee our expanding team of wait staff (full-time). 

• £20,000 salary + OTE £6,000-£8,000 in tips
• 28 days’ paid holiday per year
• Delicious staff meals 

Expectations: 
You need to have great communication and people management skills, a friendly demeanour and a cool head that will allow you to think on your feet and keep a smile on your face when problems arise and the café becomes busy. 

We also expect you to: 
• Have minimum of one year's experience working at supervisor/shift management level in the hospitality business
• Be a reliable, responsible and punctual person
• Have a passion for hospitality and customer service
• Be able to work weekends and split shifts

KIOSK TEAM MEMBERS (PART- & FULL-TIME)

In January 2015, Brighton's award-winning Curry Leaf Cafe opened an Indian street food & craft beer retail kiosk inside Brighton train station, and is looking for enthusiastic full-time and part-time team members to join its serving staff & baristas. 

• Competitive salary based on experience

• On-the-job training, including barista 

We expect you to have:

• Experience working in a busy retail environment
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including early shifts
• Have a passion for great food and customer service
• Be a punctual, reliable person

NB: A full clean driver’s licence is preferred, but not a requirement. Barista experience, i.e. making and serving espresso coffee, is also preferred but not essential.

KIOSK SHIFT MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

• Experience working in a busy retail environment
• Experience of cash-up, stock takes and day-to-day operations
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including early shifts
• A keen eye for detail and an ability to follow and implement working procedures

CHEF DE PARTIE (FULL-TIME)

We are seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join our expanding kitchen team. 

• Competitive wage based on experience
• Plus a share of tips – OTE an extra £3,000–£4,500 p.a

We expect you to:
• Have at least 2 years' experience working as a chef in a busy kitchen
• Be a reliable, responsible and punctual person
