POSITIONS AVAILABLE

KIOSK SUPERVISOR, BRIGHTON STATION (FULL-TIME)
Brighton's award-winning Curry Leaf Cafe has opened an Indian street food retail kiosk inside Brighton train station, and is looking for experienced full-time supervisor to help manage its serving team. As supervisor, we expect you to be passionate and knowledgeable about the food & beverage restaurant/cafe industry. You need to have leadership abilities, great communication skills, a friendly demeanour and a cool head that will allow you to think on your feet and keep a smile on your face when problems arise and the kiosk becomes busy. 

We also expect you to have:
– At least 1 year’s experience in a supervisory position
– Experience working in a high-volume takeaway outlet
– Experience of cash-up, stock takes and day-to-day operations
– Barista experience, i.e. making and serving espresso coffee
– Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety
– A passion for great food and customer service
– A keen eye for detail and an ability to follow and implement working procedures

NB: A full clean driver’s licence is preferred, but not a requirement

TEAM MEMBER, BRIGHTON STATION KIOSK (FULL-TIME & PART-TIME)
Brighton's award-winning Curry Leaf Cafe has opened an Indian street food retail kiosk inside Brighton train station, and is looking for experienced part- and full-time staff to join its serving team. 

We expect you to: 
– Have experience working in a high-volume takeaway outlet
– Be willing to work flexible hours, including 6am shifts
– Have a passion for great food and customer service
– Be a punctual, reliable person

NB: Barista experience (making and serving espresso coffee) is a bonus, but not a requirement as training can be provided

NNB: A full clean driver’s licence is also preferable, but not a requirement
